Exchange and return policy
For products ordered from the Silván Jewellery online store, we offer a 30-day exchange and return policy provided that the product is unused and in its original case/package. We do not offer an exchange or return policy for engraved products unless the engraving contains a clear error made by Silván Jewellery.
Before sending a product back:
- If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend that you order a new product directly from our online store and return the current product.
- Always inform your return to us via email before sending the order. Include your email at least the following information: Order number, Full name (as in the order) and delivery method you are using to return your order.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for all the return costs. Products that has been sent back to us are on customer's responsibility as long as the order has been provably delivered to our office.
Please note that failing to pick up your order is not the same as returning an order. We must be informed of the return via email in advance. For all returns that have not been picked up and do not include a filled return form, we charge the processing costs of €15 and all the delivery costs.

When the return has arrived you will get notified via email. Returns are processed within 7 days after they have arrived to our office.
