Silván Jewellery lifetime warranty

For our own diamond jewellery brand Silván Jewellery we offer a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all Silván Jewellery items! If a warranty issue is found, Silván Jewellery will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge.

All fine jewellery can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewellery.

Some examples of common jewellery issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

• The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
• Precious metals, and especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal wear.
• Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a gemstone to fall out.
• The loss of a gemstone caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage.

Watch warranty

Silván Jewellery (Laatukoru Oy) is proud to be an Authorized Retailer for all well-known watch & jewellery brands that are on sale in this website. All items are sold with an international warranty.

All watches are always maintained by the importer's or manufacturer's official warranty service, so you can be sure that your watch is maintained by a professional watchmaker. All watches bought from Silván Jewellery has 2-years official international warranty provided by manufacturer (watch brand itself). Please note that the warranty on watches only covers faults in the watch movement and possible manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the watch body, body coating, crystal, or band.

Extended watch warranty (3 years)

We are proud to offer extended warranty for all watches purchased from our online store! Our own extended warranty offers 1 extra year to manufacturer's or importer's own warranty so the total time for warranty is three (3) years. Extended warranty can be purchased with watch.

Please note that extended warranty can't be purchased afterwards. Our extended warranty covers exactly same issues as watch brands own official warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the watch body, body coating, crystal, or band.
