Silván Jewellery's online store is owned and operated by Laatukoru Oy (Legal business name: Laatukoru Oy, business ID: 0836992-9).
1 General terms and conditions
SilvanJewellery.com is a marketplace maintained and owned by Laatukoru Oy ("Silván Jewellery" or "SilvanJewellery.com" or "Laatukoru Oy"). These terms of agreement shall be applied to the trade relationship between Silván Jewellery and its customer that is created via the Silván Jewellery online store. Silván Jewellery has the right to update these terms of agreement without prior notice. The terms of agreement valid at the time of ordering (available on Silván Jewellery’s website) shall be applied to the orders.
Silván Jewellery shall not be liable for any damage caused by a force majeure event. Force majeure events include such unpredictable factors or changes in circumstances that are beyond Silván Jewellery’s scope of influence. Silván Jewellery is obligated to inform the customer of any force majeure events without delay.
2 Customer and data protection
Silván Jewellery welcomes all private and corporate customers. The trade relationship complies with the applicable Finnish and EU legislation for the part of consumer trade, marketing, and advertising. The trade agreement between corporate customers and Silván Jewellery primarily complies with these terms of agreement and, for the rest, with the Finnish Sale of Goods Act.
When placing an order, the customer must provide their complete contact details including at least the name, address, telephone number, and email address of the consumer customer. The information required from corporate customers includes the contact person's name, phone number, and email address, and the company’s business ID, postal address, telephone number and, if necessary, invoicing address.
The customer data will be stored in Silván Jewellery's customer register, and the information in the register will be used for maintaining the customer relationship. Silván Jewellery has the right to process and release the data in the register for legitimate purposes (such as direct marketing) in accordance with the Finnish Data Protection Act (1050/2018).
3 Price list
All the prices in the SilvanJewellery.com online store include VAT but no delivery costs, unless otherwise stated. If the price list contains clear errors, the product will not be sold at a significantly reduced price if it can be assumed that the customer has understood the existence of the error. If the product is clearly incorrectly priced in our online store and if it can be assumed that the customer understands that the product is incorrectly priced, the product will not be delivered to the customer at that price regardless of the placed order.
In the event of incorrect pricing, Silván Jewellery is obligated to immediately notify the customer who ordered the product.
Silván Jewellery does not sell products for resale and reserves the right to restrict the sale of products in exceptionally large batches.
Silván Jewellery sells products according to the age limits set by law. By ordering the product and accepting the delivery terms, the customer confirms that they have the right to order the product in question.

DHL Express delivery
The DHL Express delivery will usually be made within 1–3 business days of sending the order. Notification about the arrival of the DHL Express delivery will be sent via SMS to the number provided in connection with the order.
Pick up your order in the Laatukoru Oy store of your choosing. The delivery will be made within 1–7 business days of sending the order. You will receive a call from the store when your order is ready for pickup.
In our online store, you can pay via the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and American Express. All data transfer and financial transactions are SSL-protected, which means that no external party can see your data. We also offer Paypal and Apple Pay payment methods. Silván Jewellery offers its customers a 30-day exchange and return policy for products ordered from the online store (Note! Products purchased in a store are cannot be returned, only exchanged for 14 days).
In accordance with Chapter 6 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the product must be in a returnable condition. The purpose of the Act is to give the consumer the right of examine the product in the same way as it could be examined in a regular store. The customer has the right to familiarise themselves with the contents of the package and carefully try the product on. However, the product must be completely scratch-free and as good as new when it is returned. Care must be exercised when opening the product package.
Limitations to the return policy are determined in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act:
- Under the legislation concerning customised products, no return policy is offered to engraved products.
- A product cannot be returned or cancelled if it has been ordered from the factory particularly at the buyer’s request.
- Activated activity trackers already taken into use cannot be returned, either.
In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, service products cannot be cancelled if the service has been performed in full or if the buyer has been informed in advance of the fact that such products cannot be cancelled.
Returnable products should be packaged carefully. Returned items must always be accompanied by a return form, and we request that customers contact us before returning any items.
Customer is responsible for all the return costs sand also responsible for the returned item until the return has provably arrived to us.

7 Warranty and liability
The warranty is determined in accordance with the warranty terms specified by the manufacturer. Please read the warranty terms provided with the product before using the product. The warranty terms are available in the user instructions or a separate warranty form or at a web address indicated by the manufacturer. In principle, the warranty only covers manufacturing and material defects in the products.
The warranty period is specified in the product information, usually the warranty period is 2 years. It is also possible to purchase our own Extended Warranty for Watch which will add 1 extra year of warranty (total 3 years). Extended Warranty for Watches is service provided by us to our customers who buy a new watch from our online store. Extended Warranty can't be bought after the order has been placed.
Warranty repairs are always carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's or importer's warranty terms. The customer can also take care of warranty-related matters with their local retailer if it is easier for the customer. We may direct the customer to contact the manufacturer or their authorised maintenance service directly if this benefits the customer. We request that customers contact us about warranty matters by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org or visiting one of our stores.
The cost of unwarranted servicing will be charged from the customer in full if the product has clearly been sent for repair under warranty without reason. Silván Jewellery is not liable for any damage caused by the buyer's actions. The costs of unwarranted servicing include possible costs incurred by the maintenance company and the costs incurred by Silván Jewellery.

8 Product complaints
The customer must present a proof of purchase, receipt, or other proof of place and time of purchase in connection with the return or when filing a complaint about a defect in the product. Silván Jewellery reserves the right to recover the costs of searching for the receipt from the buyer.
We request that product complaints be filed in writing. A free-form complaint can be submitted by email to email@example.com. Customer feedback can be provided on our website.
The personnel responsible for product complaints operate directly under the supervision of the management team. If necessary, the personnel will consult with management on how to handle the complaint sent by the customer.
Efforts will be made to immediately replace products broken during delivery. When picking up the order, it is advisable to check the package for possible damages. If the package has been damaged during transport provided by DHL, submit a damage report in a DHL service point as soon as possible. Please also contact Silván Jewellery's customer service, so that we can agree upon the delivery of a new product immediately.
