Silván Jewellery's online store offers a wide range of products by various brands and our own Silván diamond jewellery. The selection is constantly growing, and we make an effort to have all the brands we represent available both in stores and online.
The stocks of Silván Jewellery’s stores vary, so the online store's product selection differs from the selection of the stores. In other words, you may find a product in a store that is not in the online store and vice versa. Please note that the offered brands may vary from store to store.
We want to do everything we can to ensure that the online store serves you as well as possible. If you cannot find the product you are looking for, you can send us a product enquiry via email hello@silvanjewellery.com or filling in a contact form.
How to order from our online store
Ordering from our online store is easy!
- All you need to do is add the product(s) you like to the cart by clicking the ‘Add to cart’ button.
- When you want to proceed to the checkout and order the products, click first the cart icon and then the ‘Checkout’ button.
- In the first phase at the checkout, please enter your contact details in the designated fields. Please fill in your contact details carefully, as they will be used in communications on your order and the related delivery notifications. We never send marketing communications without your consent.
- If you wish to order to another address (e.g., as a gift to a friend), please select ‘Delivery to another address’ and enter the delivery address.
- In the next phase, you will select the desired delivery method. In addition to the DHL Express delivery, we offer pick-up in one of our stores, in which case the product will be delivered to the store of your choice.
- In the third phase, you will select the payment method. You can pay for your purchases via credit card or debit card, Paypal or Apple Pay.
- In the last phase, please check the details of your order to make sure that the information is correct and then click the ‘Confirm’ button to place your order.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. The confirmation includes the details of your order. If you notice something that needs to be corrected in this phase, please contact our customer service, as we may still be able to correct your order. Please note, however, that since we make an effort to send your order as soon as possible, it may not be possible to alter the order afterwards if it has already been sent.
