Delivery methods and delivery times

We offer DHL Express shipping on all orders across Europe - and orders over 89€ the delivery is completely free of charge!

Products in stock are sent within 1–3 business days of ordering. Not all products in the online store are stock products. Products may also be temporarily out of stock or sold out. The delivery of such products may take a little longer. You will, of course, be informed of this as soon as your order has been processed. The delivery time for pickup products is approximately one week.

Exceptional delivery times:

Some of the more valuable products are usually made on order, in which case the delivery time is longer. When you are ordering a product, we will give you a more detailed delivery time. You should, however, be prepared for the following delivery times:

  • The Silván jewellery is made in Silván Jewellery’s own workshop, so the manufacturing time is 5–8 business days.
  • The Kalevala gold rings are made on order. Their manufacturing time is 5–8 business days.
  • Kalevala’s golden products (excl. rings) are made on order. Their manufacturing time is 2-4 weeks. 
  • Engravings are made by hand, which adds 1–2 business days to the delivery time.

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • DHL Express: €9.90 / €0
    For orders over 89 euros, the express delivery is free. The delivery time is usually 1–5 business days of sending the order. The arrival notification will be sent via SMS to a phone number that has been provided.
    • In-store pickup: €0
      Pick up your order in the Laatukoru store of your choosing. Their delivery time is 5–7 business days. You will receive a call from the store when your order is ready for pickup.

    Exchange and return policy

    For products ordered from the Silván Jewellery online store, we offer a 30-day exchange and return policy provided that the product is unused and in its original case/package. We do not offer an exchange or return policy for engraved products unless the engraving contains a clear error made by Silván Jewellery.

    Before sending a product back:

    • If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend that you order a new product directly from our online store and return the current product.

    • Always inform your return to us via email before sending the order. Include your email at least the following information: Order number, Full name (as in the order) and delivery method you are using to return your order.

    • Delivery costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for all the return costs. Products that has been sent back to us are on customer's responsibility as long as the order has been provably delivered to our office.

    Please note that failing to pick up your order is not the same as returning an order. We must be informed of the return via email in advance. For all returns that have not been picked up and do not include a filled return form, we charge the processing costs of €15 and all the delivery costs.

    When the return has arrived you will get notified via email. Returns are processed within 7 days after they have arrived to our office.
